Order FAQs
Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, you cannot add or remove products. However, you can manage your subscriptions in your account.
Due to our fulfillment centre working fast to get orders picked, packed and shipped ASAP so everyone can receive their orders quickly, we are not always able to amend address details on orders.
Please contact the customer service team via our contact form and we will do our best to try and catch your order in time to amend this for you.

If you are having issues using a discount code, please contact us via our contact form with details of the code you are trying to use.
Please do not go ahead with your order, as we cannot retrospectively apply a discount or promo code to an order once it has been placed.
Please note: discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already discounted, such as items on sale or subscription items. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order and minimum spends may apply. If it is a promo code, please check the T&Cs for that code.
Please double check that your billing address matches your card details. If you are having further issues, please get in touch with the customer service team via the contact form.
If you have had a failed order attempt, but it looks like a payment has been taken, please check your bank to see if this is 'pending'.
If so, it will likely be refunded back to you from your bank.
Shipping & Returns FAQs
Currently, we exclusively deliver to the UK.
For orders of £55 and over, you can enjoy free delivery.
For orders under £55, the delivery charge is £2.42.
Please log into your account where you will find your orders - the tracking link is within the order details.
Your tracking will also have been emailed to you. Please make sure to check your junk/spam mailboxes.
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check the tracking link to view the proof-of-delivery image and further tracking information.
Please check with neighbours, any hidden places, wheelie bins and doorbell cameras/CCTV if available around your property.

Subscription FAQs
Find the products that you want to buy, click 'Subscribe & Save', choose whether you want your products every one, two or three month(s), and add to your basket.
Checkout with your products and your subscription will begin automatically.
Log into your account, click ‘My Subscriptions’, and you’ll be taken to the subscriptions portal. You will land at your next order and can click ‘Manage this Subscription’ on any of your products to cancel, skip or reschedule.
Your subscription may pause automatically if the subscription products are out of stock. When the items come back into stock, your subscription will resume.
Alternatively, please check the subscriptions portal to ensure there are no payment or delivery errors.
Yes, the rest of your subscription will be fulfilled. The out-of-stock product subscription will resume when back in stock.
Log into your account and select 'Manage Subscriptions' – you can add products to your subscription by browsing the ‘You May Also Like’ section. You can also ‘Browse All Products’ from here.
You can add them as a one-time-only product or add them to your subscription with the same, or an alternative, delivery frequency.
To add and manage your payment methods, log into the subscriptions portal, select ‘Manage Subscriptions’, and then ‘Address and Payment Details’. From here, you’ll have an option to ‘Manage Payment Methods’.
When adding a payment method, you will be able to update all of your subscriptions to use this.
Log into your account, select ‘My Subscriptions’ and go to the subscriptions portal. You will land on your next order. Alternatively, you can select ‘View Upcoming Orders’.
Once you’ve found your subscription, you can ‘Edit Payment Method’ – you can select a previously added payment method or add a new one.
